Job summary

Manikandan Motor in Kerala is seeking an experienced Service Workshop Manager to oversee day-to-day workshop operations, supervise service advisors and technicians, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.

You will drive service quality, handle customer issues, monitor productivity, coordinate with parts and sales, and prepare service reports while adhering to SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in automobile service/workshop operations.
• Experience in an automobile dealership or authorized service centre preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle service and repair processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of DMS/automotive software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in managing day-to-day workshop operations.

• Prepare and monitor daily/monthly service reports and MIS.
