Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for hourly, salaried, and subcontracting roles while aligning with US time zones (EST/CST/PST). Night shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end W2 recruitment and US staffing.
• Experience with visa processes: Citizens, Green Card, EAD, TN.
• Experience with recruiting portals like Dice, LinkedIn.
• Willing to work US night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Source and hire W2 IT candidates for US staffing.
• Screen, interview and present qualified candidates.
• Manage hourly, salaried and subcontracting hires.
• Utilize ATS for candidate tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate recruiting across EST/CST/PST time zones.

Job Description :

Hands-on experience in end-to-end w2 recruitment process across various IT Technologies.

Hands on experience with W2, & Full time is must.

Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD's, & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 )

Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, LinkedIn.

Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.

Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.

Willing to work in US timings/Night Shift (EST/CST/PST time zone)
