GREEN OASIS TOURS & TRAVELS PVT LTD in Malappuram is seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to advise clients on domestic and international travel options, create customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end arrangements including flights, hotels, tours and visas.

You will handle reservations, ticketing, changes, and documentation, maintain supplier relationships, monitor market trends, and deliver high-quality travel solutions with strong customer service across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with experience in domestic and international travel planning.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including ticketing, hotel booking, and itinerary coordination.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and handle issues professionally.
• Candidates should ideally have knowledge of global destinations, airline and hotel systems (GDS or similar), and current travel regulations.
• Relevant experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or destination management company, preferably in a senior or lead consultant role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation platforms; additional language skills are an advantage.

Role Description

The Senior Travel Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Malappuram. The individual in this role will advise clients on domestic and international travel options, create customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tours, and ancillary services. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling reservations and ticketing, coordinating changes and cancellations, and ensuring accurate documentation for visas, insurance, and special travel requirements. The Senior Travel Consultant will provide attentive customer service, respond to inquiries across multiple channels, and resolve travel-related issues in a timely manner. The role also involves maintaining relationships with suppliers, monitoring market trends, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality, efficient travel solutions.
