Role Description

The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for advising clients on travel options, creating customized itineraries, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities. The Senior Travel Consultant handles reservations, coordinates changes or cancellations, and ensures accurate documentation and timely confirmations. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, providing expert destination guidance, resolving service issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, offers, and vendor policies. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to optimize customer experience and support business growth.
