Job summary

Indiafly Golden Tours is seeking a Senior Travel Consultant International to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for group and individual clients. You will craft itineraries, coordinate with hotels and transporters, handle visa documentation, and lead tours as needed, with travel to destinations worldwide.

You will be responsible for creating comprehensive travel plans, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring smooth operations from planning to execution across domestic and international

Qualifications

• Experience in international and domestic travel operations.
• Knowledge of group handling and itinerary preparation.
• Ability to negotiate with service providers.

• Coordinate with hotels, transporters and other travel vendors.
• Knowledge of visa documentation.

• Negotiations with Flight, Hotel, Transport bookings.

• Knowledge of domestic & international package & itinerary.
• End-to-End Operations: bookings, visa processing, local transport arrangements.
• Willing to travel as Tour Leader.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Well versed in various areas of travel (international, domestic GIT/MICE etc.)
• Coordinate with hotels, transporters and other travel vendors.
• Knowledge of VISA documentation
• Good and sound knowledge of group costing and itinerary preparation.
• Negotiations with Flight, Hotel, Transport bookings.
• Help Plan Trips, Create Group Itinerary To Domestic Or International Destinations, Tours, Accommodation, Transport.
• Knowledge Of Domestic & International Package & Itinerary Is Must.
• End-to-End Operations: Manage logistics including flight bookings, hotel stay coordination, visa processing, and local transport arrangements.
• Handled Senior CItizen Group tours will be added advantage
• Willing to travel along with group as Tour Leader.

You will be responsible for end-to-end tour management, from crafting the perfect itinerary as Travel Consultant to accompanying our guest Group as a Tour Manager to exotic destinations worldwide.
