Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Training Specialist to drive talent development initiatives across the organization. This role involves designing and delivering impactful learning experiences, enabling leadership capabilities, and supporting employees through key transition phases in their journey. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, influence learning culture, and ensure training effectiveness aligned with business goals.

Basic Qualification

• 3-5 years of experience in soft skills or behavioral training
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, data handling)
• Knowledge in content creation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is added advantage.
• Experience with digital learning platforms (LMS, virtual collaboration tools like teams, zoom etc.). Must know how to handle outlook.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and senior stakeholders
• Flexibility to work in different shifts as and when required

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of learning interventions
• Conduct needs assessments to identify capability gaps and development priorities for entry level employees

• Develop engaging learning content, presentations, and training materials using modern tools and platforms
• Conduct behavioral and soft skills training sessions for employees across levels
• Enable and coach new or process trainers to enhance their facilitation and communication skills
• Manage training logistics, scheduling, and coordination through digital tools such as Outlook and Teams
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business impact metrics.
• Recommend improvements based on learning analytics and evolving business needs.
