Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Master's degree or certifications in Learning & Development or Coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and HR to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
• Design scalable, high-impact programs using blended learning and digital platforms.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, facilitation, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Facilitate learning sessions to create engaging, inclusive participant experiences.

Job Summary

The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously enhancing impactful learning and capability-building initiatives that align with business objectives. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify development needs, implement innovative learning solutions, measure program effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning through modern, technology-enabled approaches.

Skills and Competencies

• 3-7 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or HR with a strong track record of delivering impactful programs
• Expertise in designing scalable, data-driven learning solutions aligned to business goals
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Proficiency in program management, including planning, execution, and performance measurement (e.g., NPS, ROI, impact analysis)
• Experience leveraging innovative learning approaches, including digital learning tools and Gen AI, to enhance engagement and personalization
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective learning strategies

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Master s degree or certifications in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Project Management are preferred
