Job Type: Full time (Work from Office)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Putting the learner first and designing human-centered learning experiences, from stand-alone solutions (in-person, online, self-service, etc.) to learning journeys as well as entire curricula and academies.
• Delivery of technology training to various role holders across the organization and ensuring the transfer of learning on the job.
• Setting up the learning infrastructure, creating new learning formats, and curating learning content on our learning platform.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities

• Understanding of learning pedagogy.
• Experience in JAVA Full Stack Training
• Create lesson plan, the corresponding session plan for the lessons and delivering the sessions.
• Self-starter with an ability to drive learning objectives across multiple technology streams
