Job summary

Taggd is seeking a recruitment specialist to drive sales hiring across FMCG levels, from Sales Executives to regional leaders. You will map markets, headhunt, and generate market intelligence to attract top sales talent.

You’ll build and maintain pipelines across General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, and distribution channels. You will develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives, maintain dashboards, and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, constructive relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders.
• Manage end-to-end Sales Hiring across various levels, including Sales Executives, Area Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Zonal Heads, and other leadership positions within the FMCG industry.
• Conduct market mapping, headhunting, competitor mapping, and market intelligence to identify and attract the right sales talent.
• Prepare and maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment dashboards, providing data-driven insights on hiring progress and future requirements.
• Build strong talent pipelines across General Trade, Modern Trade, MT, GT, E-commerce, Distribution, Channel Sales, and Institutional Sales.
• Proactively seek and incorporate stakeholder feedback to ensure effective and timely recruitment solutions.
• Communicate Taggd’s processes, benefits, new initiatives, projects, and additional service offerings to key stakeholders.
• Conduct confidential interviews, reference checks, and background verification as required.

• Communicate Taggd’s processes, benefits, new initiatives, projects, and additional service offerings to key stakeholders.
• Conduct confidential interviews, reference checks, and background verification as required.
• Act as a key point of contact for all sales recruitment, sourcing, market mapping, and strategy-related queries within the RPO team.
