Randstad is seeking a Sourcing Advisor to join our central Talent Center. You will discover, engage, and validate top talent across Focus Talent Groups, leveraging both online and on-ground strategies.

You will network across regions, actively engage candidates, and collaborate with delivery center teams to ensure successful closures. The role requires proactive engagement, a team-oriented mindset, and strong knowledge of recruitment practices in non-IT hiring.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in non-IT hiring or volume hiring.
• Experience with field recruitment activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Participate in field recruitment activities like job fairs, campus drives, walk-ins.

Role Title (Internal/Market Facing)

Sourcing Advisor Function : Talent Center Role Purpose:

As a Sourcing Advisor, you will be part of our central talent center team dedicated to discovering, engaging, and validating top talent across defined Focus Talent Groups (FTGs). Leveraging both digital and on-ground sourcing strategies, you will play a critical role in ensuring our talent pipeline is proactively built and aligned with business forecasted demands. This position requires strong networking skills across the regions, proactive candidate engagement, and consistent collaboration with the delivery center teams to ensure successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels including:
• Job portals, professional networking platforms/ industry communities and social networks to build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Field recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus drives, walk-ins and on-ground outreach initiatives.
• Assess candidate suitability for designated skill buckets (Focus Talent Groups) through structured evaluation.
• Updating the candidate information live into Randstads internal Database system and periodically refresh candidates data in the FTGs.
• Build, nurture and continuously expand candidate networks and talent pools across relevant industries and geographies. Should have geographical knowledge of that particular region.
• Ensure FTG pipelines remain adequately stocked to meet forecasted hiring demand.
• Collaborate closely with Delivery Center colleagues to improve fulfillment ratios and overall placement success.
• Needs to have a proactive approach, adaptive to team dynamics, attentive and should be a team player.

Key Knowledge Areas

• Strong understanding of sales hiring, FOS (feet on street) roles, Manufacturing/Industry services domain would be a plus.
• Expertise in modern recruitment strategies both online and in-field.
• Multilingual preference.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in non-IT hiring / volume hiring, preferably including field recruitment exposure.
