Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Experience using ATS systems and recruitment metrics
• Ability to collaborate with department heads and HR Business Partners

• Utilize ATS for tracking and reporting recruitment activities
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratio
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus engagement
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, diversity hiring, and internal policies
• Support onboarding and improve candidate experience
