Job summary

Fidelitus HR Labs in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end IT hiring, across Java, .NET, Python, DevOps and related tech roles. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, excellent communication, and the ability to build strong candidate pipelines.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiations, and onboarding, while tracking metrics and meeting targets in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior IT Recruiter with 4–5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience hiring for various technical roles across different technologies and experience levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle recruitment for various IT positions, including Java Developers, .NET Developers, Full Stack Developers, Python Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and other technical roles.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
• Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements from clients and hiring managers.
• Coordinate technical interviews, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
• Negotiate salary packages, manage offers, and ensure successful candidate closures.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and build talent pools for current and future requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, offers, joining ratios, and time-to-fill.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates to minimize offer dropouts and improve joining ratios.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within agreed timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, technical skills, and industry hiring trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and prioritize urgent positions.
• Strong follow‑up skills and the ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Good knowledge of recruitment trackers, Excel, and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in permanent hiring recruitment.
