The candidate should have 4+ years of senior experience in FMCG stores, excellent communication skills, and willingness to work in a cold store environment. You will supervise store staff and coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations, receipt, storage and issue of materials with 100% inventory accuracy.
• Supervise a team of store staff for inward/outward goods and documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement, accounts and operations for timely replenishment.
• Optimize warehouse space and improve material accessibility.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs and company policies.
• Load and unload goods from trucks.
• Move goods on pallets or crates within the storage facility.
• Stack goods in correct storage bays per inventory controls.
• Support budgeting and cost control to reduce wastage.
• Prepare MIS reports, purchase requisitions, GRNs and issue notes.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations with finance.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials, ensuring 100% accuracy in inventory records. Implement inventory control systems that reduced stock discrepancies.
• Supervise a team of store staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of inward/outward goods and timely documentation.
• Coordinated with procurement, accounts, and operations teams for timely replenishment of materials, preventing stock outs.
• Optimize space utilization in warehouse/storage areas, improving material accessibility and reducing handling time.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies for storage and handling of materials.
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks
• Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
• Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
• Support budgeting & cost control initiatives, reducing material wastage and operational costs.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, purchase requisitions, GRNs, and issue notes for management review.
• Conduct periodic stock audits & reconciliations with finance teams, reducing variance and improving compliance.
