Job summary

Adhya Design in Faridabad, Haryana invites an experienced Store In Charge to manage end-to-end store operations, inventory and material movements in a manufacturing setup. The candidate should have a minimum B.Com, 3+ years in store management, and strong MS Excel/Word skills.

You will coordinate with production, purchases and accounts, maintain GRNs and stock registers, and ensure timely stock reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.Com graduate.
• 3+ years experience as Store In Charge (preferably in Metal / Manufacturing Industry).
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills (Written & Verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage complete store operations including inward & outward material entries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation.
• Monitor and control material movement within and outside the company.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly goods movement reports.
• Process purchase bills and coordinate with accounts department.
• Maintain proper documentation of GRNs, challans, and stock registers.

• Draft and respond to official emails professionally.
