Job summary

Health Care Global Enterprises seeks a stores/inventory coordinator to oversee stores and material activities at our Bengaluru facility. The role focuses on ensuring timely material availability, stock accuracy, and adherence to corporate procedures.

You will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with Purchase, SAP, and Accounts teams, and drive stock control initiatives to minimize shortages and excess materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise overall stores and material activities.
• Ensure availability of the right material to the right user at the right time.
• Conduct monthly physical stock verification and submit approved stock-check reports.
• Prepare monthly consumption reports for consolidated PRs.
• Monitor and analyze non-moving, slow-moving and near-expiry stock and coordinate for liquidation/vendor return.
• Monitor stock on hand and consumption value, including robotic stock from T3 OT.
• Scrutinize and process material requisitions received from various departments.
• Verify GRN against PO and invoice before forwarding documents to Accounts.
• Coordinate regularly with Purchase Department for material requirements and pending items.
• Coordinate with end users for material-related queries and information.
• Coordinate with SAP and Accounts teams for smooth system transactions and bill clearance.
• Monitor Stores Quality Indicators/KPIs and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper documentation, stock control, and compliance with company procedures.
• Identify and resolve/escalate stock discrepancies, shortages, excess and pending materials.
