• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct physical stock verification.
• Prepare GRN, material issue slips, challans, and other store documents.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments.
• Maintain inventory reports using MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store.
• Control stock discrepancies, damages, and material losses.
