Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years in Manufacturing / Pharma / Medical / Trading store preferred.
• Understanding of inventory and supply chain management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and record all incoming materials against PO / Indent.
• Maintain GRN / Inward Register / Issue Slip and keep store documents updated.
• Issue materials to production as per Production Order and take sign-off.
• Maintain minimum / re-order levels and raise material requirements.
• Do daily stock posting and support monthly stock audits.
• Ensure FIFO / FEFO method is followed for all batches.
• Keep the store clean, labelled, and segregated.
• Coordinate with Dispatch for packing and final handover.
• Report shortage/damage/variance to management the same day.

Skills

Basic understanding of COA / Batch-wise storage

Disciplined, honest, and strong in record-keeping

• Maintain GRN / Inward Register / Issue Slip and keep all store documents updated.
• Issue materials to production as per Production Order / Issue Slip and take sign-off.
• Maintain minimum / re-order levels and raise material requirement to Purchase/Admin.
• Do daily stock posting (physical to system) and support monthly / quarterly stock audits.
• Ensure FIFO / FEFO followed for all batches.
• Keep store clean, labelled, and segregated (raw material / packing / FG / rejected).
• Coordinate with Dispatch for packing, labeling and final handover.
• Report shortage / damage / variance to management the same day.
