Job summary

Diksha Technologies Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other portals, screen resumes, and shortlist based on job requirements.

You will coordinate interviews with hiring managers, maintain databases and trackers, follow up with candidates, assist with offers and joining formalities, and build a robust candidate pipeline to meet daily and weekly hiring targets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience
• Freshers with good communication and interest in recruitment can apply
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
• Good follow-up, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri or Indeed is an advantage
