Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow specialist in India to design, implement and optimize ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and SecOps. You will develop workflows, configure portals and dashboards, manage releases, and integrate with CMDB, CMDB and external monitoring tools.

You will also automate threat response, manage assets, and ensure governance, lifecycle accuracy and compliance across the platform.

Qualifications

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SecOps modules.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server scripts, and notifications.
• Customize Service Portal and CMS components for enhanced user experience.
• Perform instance management, update set promotion, and release coordination.
• Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Integrate ITSM with CMDB and Service Catalog.
• Implement SLA definitions, escalation rules, and reporting dashboards.
• Configure MID Servers, credentials, probes, and sensors for Discovery.
• Build and maintain dynamic and static Service Maps for CMDB accuracy.
• Integrate with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk) for Event Management.
• Develop patterns, scripts, and integrations using IntegrationHub and Service Graph Connectors.
• Implement and maintain Hardware and Software Asset Management.
• Ensure lifecycle tracking, reconciliation and compliance reporting.
• Configure Security Incident & Vulnerability modules and integrate with scanners.
• Automate threat intelligence workflows and remediation processes.

• Integrate with external vulnerability scanners (e.g., Qualys, Tenable) and SIEM tools.
