Job summary

Grazitti Interactive is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC and SecOps, including platform development, integrations, and automation with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 6–9 years IT experience, 5+ years on ServiceNow, strong scripting with JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and a solid understanding of ITIL processes, CMDB, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of total IT experience, with 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience across ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC or SecOps.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Hands-on with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Orchestration.
• Experience developing custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts and UI policies.
• Understanding of CMDB, Discovery and ServiceNow data model.
• Experience with API integrations and middleware tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL v3/v4 and best practices.
• Experience in Agile or SAFe environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom apps, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Implement and configure ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and SecOps based on project requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with architects and analysts.
• Develop and enhance Service Portal components and UI pages.
• Participate in SDLC phases from requirements through deployment and support.
• Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs or middleware.
• Implement automation with Flow Designer and Orchestration.
• Troubleshoot integration, performance, and data synchronization issues.
• Adhere to coding standards, security, and compliance.
• Ensure platform performance, stability, and scalability; support upgrades.
• Collaborate with product/process owners, architects, and admins.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
• Monitor platform performance and resolve incidents; build dashboards and reports.
