Job summary

KANINI is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions in Chennai. It will configure Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB and MID Server, and build custom workflows, integrations, and automation; collaborating with stakeholders and resolving production issues to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow development and a strong grasp of ITSM and platform architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.
