Job summary

Hucon Solutions in Hyderabad seeks an experienced SAP CS Functional Consultant to lead SAP Customer Service implementations and ongoing support. 5-7 years of hands-on SAP CS experience is required.

You will work on end-to-end CS processes including service notifications, orders, repairs, returns, and warranty management, with strong integration to SD, MM, FI/CO and PM/EAM. Exposure to S/4HANA and Fiori is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of SAP CS experience.
• Hands-on SAP CS configuration and support.
• Exposure to S/4HANA and Fiori is a plus.
• Ability to map business requirements to SAP CS processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP CS end-to-end service processes.
• Manage Service Notifications, Service Orders, Repairs, Returns and Warranty Management.
• Ensure SAP CS integration with SD, MM, FI/CO and PM/EAM modules.
• Gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Perform testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Assist in SAP CS rollout/AMS support projects.

Role : SAP CS Functional Consultant

Experience: 5-7 Years

We are looking for an experienced SAP CS Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Customer Service module implementation, configuration, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Strong knowledge of SAP CS end-to-end service processes.
• - Hands-on experience in Service Notifications, Service Orders, Repairs, Returns, Warranty Management, and Service Contracts.
• - Good understanding of Equipment, Functional Locations, Installed Base, and Serial Number Management.
• - Experience in Service Order Planning, Execution, Confirmation, Completion, and Billing.
• - Strong knowledge of SAP CS integration with SD, MM, FI/CO, and PM/EAM modules.
• - Experience in SAP CS configuration, pricing, billing, and business process mapping.
• - Ability to gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• - Experience in testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support.
• - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience: SAP CS implementation, rollout, or AMS support projects.
