Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant in India to lead service management and customer support solutions within SAP. You will configure SAP CS, integrate with SD, PM, MM, FI, and assist with implementation, rollout, and production support.

You should have hands-on SAP CS experience (6+ years), strong communication, and the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and end-user training.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CS module.
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of integration with SD, PM, MM, and FI modules.
• Hands-on experience configuring Service Notifications, Service Orders, and Service Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to customer service processes.

• Warranty Management and Repair/Returns Processing.
• Design and implement end-to-end customer service solutions in SAP.

We are seeking an experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant with strong expertise in service management processes, customer support operations, and SAP Customer Service module configuration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP CS solutions integrated with other SAP modules.
