Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced SAP CS Functional Consultant with 5-7 years of hands-on SAP CS experience to implement, configure, and support the Customer Service module. You will work on end-to-end service processes and help integrate CS with SD, MM, FI/CO and PM/EAM.

Knowledge of Service Notifications, Service Orders, Repairs, Returns, Warranty Management, and Service Contracts is required. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Fiori is a plus. Based in Hyderabad, India.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of SAP CS consulting experience.
• Hands-on SAP CS implementation, configuration, and support.
• Experience in Service Notifications, Service Orders, Repairs, Returns, Warranty Management, and Service Contracts.
• Knowledge of Equipment, Functional Locations, Installed Base, and Serial Number Management.
• Experience in Service Order Planning, Execution, Confirmation, Billing, and CS integration with SD/MM/FI-CO/PM/EAM.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of SAP CS end-to-end service processes.
• Hands-on experience with Service Notifications, Service Orders, Repairs, and Billing.

Experience: 5-7 Years

We are looking for an experienced SAP CS Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Customer Service module implementation, configuration, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of SAP CS end-to-end service processes.
• Hands-on experience in Service Notifications, Service Orders, Repairs, Returns, Warranty Management, and Service Contracts.
• Good understanding of Equipment, Functional Locations, Installed Base, and Serial Number Management.
• Experience in Service Order Planning, Execution, Confirmation, Completion, and Billing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CS integration with SD, MM, FI/CO, and PM/EAM modules.
• Experience in SAP CS configuration, pricing, billing, and business process mapping.
• Ability to gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Experience in testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience: SAP CS implementation, rollout, or AMS support projects.
