Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru, India seeks an SAP CS/SD CS Functional Consultant with 6–12 years of hands-on experience to analyze, design, and implement SAP CS solutions, including Service Orders, Notifications, Warranty, and Installed Base. You will translate business requirements into scalable SAP CS processes integrated with SD, MM, PM, and FI modules.

You will support end-to-end projects from workshops through go-live and post-production, driving process improvements and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in SAP CS (customer Service) with strong expertise in Service Management, Service Contracts, Repairs, and Warranty Processes.
• Hands-on experience in SAP CS configuration, integration with cross-functional modules, and support for end-to-end business processes.
• Strong understanding of business requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in global environments and deliver high-quality customer-focused solutions.

Your Profile
