Job summary

GlobalWaveSoftech is seeking an experienced Senior SAP CS Consultant to join our AMS team in Hyderabad. You will support SAP CS processes in ECC and S/4HANA, handle service orders, warranties, and configurations, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable SAP solutions.

The role requires 8–15 years of SAP CS experience, knowledge of integration with PM/MM/SD/FICO, and proficiency in RICEFW specifications, incident handling, and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end SAP CS processes including Service Notifications, Service Orders, Repairs, Warranty Management, and Service Contracts.
• Configure and support SAP CS functionalities based on business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications for RICEFW developments.
• Support Installed Base Management and Equipment Master processes.
• Manage Service Orders, Resource Planning, Scheduling, and Technician Assignments.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
• Collaborate with PM, MM, SD, and FICO teams to support integrated business processes.
• Support Unit Testing, SIT, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Prepare configuration documents, process documents, and end-user documentation.
• Participate in AMS support, change requests, and enhancement projects.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer whenever required.
• Drive continuous process improvements and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
