Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on SAP CS experience.
• Experience with Service Notifications, Service Orders, Installed Base, and Warranty Claims.
• Knowledge of ECC or S/4HANA and SAP integration with SD/PM/MM/FI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant with strong expertise in service management processes, customer support operations, and SAP Customer Service module configuration. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP CS solutions integrated with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to customer service processes.
