Job summary

ROHDE & SCHWARZ GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an SAP consultant in New Delhi to provide consulting and support for business processes in customer service. You will strengthen the SAP CS team for the international SAP S/4HANA transformation project and implement business solutions.

Your responsibilities include application customization, functional testing, and advising on application selection, working closely in a collaborative international environment.

Job description

• As an SAP consultant, you will provide consulting and support for our Business Process Owner in the customer service area (SAP-CS) and advise the business departments on all IT matters based on the defined target architecture.
• You will strengthen the SAP CS team for our international SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
• You will conceive, design and implement business solutions in the area of Customer Service (focus on CS, FSM) considering our governance model.
• You carry out the customization of the application, the functional tests, plus support with integration tests or user acceptance tests. The creation of IT concepts as input for our development team is also part of your task.
• You advise and support the selection of suitable applications.
• Together with your colleagues, you will provide holistic support for our SAP logistics applications, add-ons and interfaces to subsystems (including technical 2nd Level support)
• You will work closely with our internal colleagues in an international environment.
