Job summary

Persistent Systems in Pune invites an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to architect and deliver Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions for enterprise clients. You will guide design, integrate systems, and drive quality standards across projects.

You’ll mentor juniors, run workshops, stay current with Salesforce innovations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable CRM implementations.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Experience in Salesforce integrations and Data flow.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Developer.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
