Mphasis is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that align with our business goals.

This role targets someone with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, REST/SOAP integrations, and Salesforce security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and development lifecycle.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systems.
• Proven track record of building scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II (required).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver impactful Salesforce features.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and codebase overviews.
• Support system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and test automation.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and team growth.
