Job summary

Persistent is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect for Health Cloud. The role focuses on designing and building scalable Salesforce solutions across Health, Service, and Sales Clouds.

You will implement complex business logic with Apex, develop modern UIs with LWC, and ensure robust integrations via REST/SOAP APIs. Collaboration with analysts and stakeholders is key to translating requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.

• Solid experience in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect - Health Cloud

• Role: SF Architect Health Cloud
• Location: All Persistent Locations
• Experience: 8 to 16 years
• Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and customize applications on the Salesforce Platform
• Build and maintain business logic using Salesforce Apex, including triggers, classes, and batch processes
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Customize and configure functionality across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Health Cloud
• Develop and maintain Aura Components and Visualforce pages as needed for legacy and hybrid solutions
• Implement and support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and integration services
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously optimize application performance
• Contribute to documentation, deployment activities, and ongoing platform enhancements

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong handson experience with the Salesforce Platform
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex for implementing complex business logic and integrations
• Solid experience in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud for case management and customer support workflows
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including leads, opportunities, and sales automation
• Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud and its data models and configurations
• Experience with Salesforce Aura framework and Visualforce development
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Integration Services, APIs, and external system connectivity
• Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, governor limits, and security models
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams.
