Job summary

Aimlay in Delhi seeks an experienced Inside Sales Leader to guide a team of inside sales representatives, Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers toward bold B2C revenue targets. You will own performance metrics, coach the team, and drive lead conversions.

You will collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality, monitor daily KPIs, optimize the sales cycle, and implement CRM tools (Zoho) and reporting systems to ensure data-driven decisions.

• Lead, train, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers
• Own and drive the B2C revenue targets by ensuring consistent performance and lead conversion.
• Analyze lead quality and collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
• Monitor daily sales performance metrics (calls, demos booked, conversions, revenue).
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce sales cycle time and increase conversion rates.
• Implement and manage CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) and reporting systems.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve team product knowledge and sales techniques.
