Job summary

Aimlay in Delhi is seeking a training specialist to onboard and train inside sales and counselling teams, delivering programs on sales processes, communication skills, objection handling, and customer engagement.

You will design PowerPoint-based modules, create SOPs and learning resources, run regular refresher sessions, assess training outcomes, collaborate with managers to close skill gaps, and maintain training records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for inside sales & counselling teams
• Deliver training on sales process, communication skills, objection handling & customer engagement
• Design and deliver professional presentations using PowerPoint for training modules
• Create training content, SOPs, manuals & learning resources
• Conduct regular refresher sessions to improve conversion quality & productivity
• Evaluate training impact using assessments and performance tracking
• Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and create improvement plans
• Maintain training documentation and progress reports
