Job summary

Redant Staffing in Gurugram is seeking a Lead Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of Inside Sales Executives and drive revenue growth. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on selling through pitches, negotiations and closures.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of overall experience, 2+ years in EdTech sales, and at least 2 years of team management, with a Graduate degree. This is an on-site role based in Gurugram.
