Job summary

Clix Capital Services Private Limited is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive loan sourcing across secured and unsecured segments in Pune. The role targets monthly goals, builds business from the DSA channel, and evaluates customer eligibility before file processing.

You will present cases to Credit Team, follow through to disbursement, and onboard new DSA partners to expand volume. Collaborating with sales and credit teams, you will balance portfolio growth with quality targets,

Responsibilities

• Sourcing secured/unsecured loan cases and meeting monthly targets.
• Generating business from the DSA channel and assessing customer eligibility.
• Presenting cases to the Credit Team and following through till disbursement.
• Empanelling new DSAs to expand business.
• Providing end-to-end resolution to clients and DSAs to ensure loyalty and service levels.
• Collaborating with sales and credit teams to meet portfolio targets and quality.

Primary Responsibilities

• Sourcing Secured/Unsecured Loans cases and achieving monthly targets.
• Generating business from DSA channel and calculate the eligibility of
  the customer before processing the file.
• Present the case to the Credit Team and follow up till disbursement.
• Empanelment of new DSA to generate the more business.
• Providing end to end resolution to the client as well as DSA so as to reiterate client loyalty and ensuring committed services level.
• Collaborating with key stake holders both within the sales team and at the credit processing unit and ensure both portfolio acquisition numbers and portfolio quality targets are met.
