Job summary

Rexel India is expanding its sales reach in industrial automation across 16 branches and stock points. You will drive sales, understand customer needs, and introduce new products while maintaining CRM records.

You will coordinate with logistics and technical teams, follow up on quotations, and develop new customers to place orders, balancing targets with market opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in B2B sales for industrial automation.
• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics required.
• Experience in distribution or integration is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Grow business in assigned accounts.

Job Description

- Role & Responsibilities -

• Responsible for meeting / exceeding monthly & yearly Sales targets.
• Increase business in assigned accounts
• Understanding of customer requirements / market segment and the trends.
• Introduction of latest products and technical updates to the customers
• Record customer visit, and update CRM entries regularly.
• Regular Coordination with internal Logistic and Technical team.
• New customer development by following up on leads and prospecting.
• Follow up quotations, commercial negotiations, and persuade/convince customer to place the order with us

- Required Skills -

• Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills (Default Skill)
• Excellent command over Excel, Power point, Word (Default skill)
• Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic work environment
• Negotiation Skills
• Previous experience in B2B Sales and Marketing for Industrial Automation
• Added advantage for experience in distribution or integration.
• Preferably Product knowledge of any - Rittal, Hoffman, Eldon, Bartakke, BCH.
• Preferred Industry experience - ( Distribution / Network )
• Preferred Domain knowledge - ( Control panels, Cooling Units, MCC-PCC )
