Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Limited is seeking a Senior Relationship Officer in Tamil Nadu to drive customer acquisition and build a strong referral network. You will nurture partners, generate leads, and provide doorstep service, while managing end-to-end loan support and cross-selling insurance to customers.

You will operate in an area assigned by the Branch Business Manager, ensuring adherence to policy and delivering exceptional customer experience in local languages and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development.
• Find new micro markets and empanel quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP and Gold backed secured loans.
• Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads.
• Cold calling to potential customers to generate business.
• Daily sales calls as per plan submitted to BBM.
• Activate referral partners for new business and manage customer journey with process and product championships.
• Provide doorstep service to customers at residence or office.
• Learn organisation policies and source files per policy.
• Serve as Eyes & Ears of the organisation in the market for opportunities and report to BBM.
• Support customers in end-to-end loan processing and act as a bridge between customers and branch.
• Contribute to soft bucket collections, early mortality, and 12 MOB fresh sourcing.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to safeguard property, health, and life.
• Be the face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the assigned area.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development
• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
