Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp in Tamil Nadu seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive customer acquisition for micro LAP and gold-backed secured loans. You will identify micro markets, empanel referral partners, and nurture relationships to convert leads into business.

Based with the Branch, you will perform cold calls, daily sales calls, and end-to-end loan processing support while delivering doorstep service to customers. You will act as the face of the company in your assigned area.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with referral partners and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of sales processes and cross-selling.
• Experience in business development and field sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale micro LAP and gold-backed loans.
• Work in the area assigned by Branch Business Manager to generate leads.
• Cold call potential customers to generate business.
• Make daily sales calls as per the plan submitted to BBM.
• Nurture relationships with referral partners and activate them for new business.
• Support end-to-end loan processing and act as the bridge between customers and the branch.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to safeguard property, health and life.
• Be the face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the area assigned for working.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
