Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. in Tiruppur invites a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive micro LAP and gold-backed loan opportunities. You will build and nurture a network of referral partners, generate leads through cold calling, and deliver doorstep service to customers.

You will manage the customer journey, assist in end-to-end loan processing, and cross-sell insurance to protect customers’ assets while serving as the face of the company in the area.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship building and stakeholder management.
• Good process orientation and cross-selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale Micro LAP and Gold-backed loans.
• Work in the assigned area and generate leads; conduct daily sales calls.
• Develop and nurture excellent relationships with referral partners and customers.
• Manage end-to-end loan processing support and customer journey.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers and act as the face of the company in the region.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
