Responsibilities

• Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Manage complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
• Lead performance management and appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR documentation, and statutory requirements.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Support payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRMS processes.
• Create HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
