Job summary

Afflatus Hr Services is seeking a recruitment professional in India to manage end-to-end hiring across Sales, Marketing, Engineering and other technical domains. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding.

You will build pipelines, negotiate offers, and maintain recruitment metrics to improve time-to-hire and conversion rates. On-site work is expected with regular stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
• Handle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Quality and other technical positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals and professional networks.
• Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies with hiring managers.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts and follow up on offer acceptance and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and daily/weekly recruitment MIS.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio and candidate conversion rates.
