Job summary

Trinity Empowerment in Maharashtra, India is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients. You will understand client requirements, source candidates across portals and databases, and conduct initial interviews to shortlist the best fits.

You will coordinate interviews, manage feedback and offer negotiations, ensuring timely onboarding, while maintaining recruitment trackers and talent pools.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients.
• Understand client requirements, job specifications and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioural requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, interview feedback and offer negotiations.
• Ensure candidates join within agreed timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and candidate databases.
• Handle multiple vacancies and clients simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Achieve recruitment targets and closure timelines.
• Support the team in building new candidate databases and talent pools.
