VDart Inc. is seeking motivated recruiters to join our US Non-IT Engineering recruitment team. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for US-based engineering roles, sourcing qualified candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with account managers and hiring managers to meet recruitment targets and timelines.

Competenze

• 1–4 years of experience in US Non-IT Engineering recruitment.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment and sourcing knowledge.
• Proficient in LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search and other sourcing methods.
• Ability to understand engineering job descriptions and identify suitable profiles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Good coordination and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open requirements.
• Willingness to work in US shift timings.
