About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Recruiter to own and lead end-to-end recruitment for critical leadership and strategic positions across the organization. This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can independently drive hiring outcomes while partnering closely with business leaders.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales and Marketing hiring, BDM, VP level hiring, a strong headhunting background, and the ability to build innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of leadership and strategic hiring mandates across Sales, Marketing, and other business functions.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define talent strategies, and ensure timely closures.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop and execute proactive headhunting and talent-mapping strategies to identify and engage high-caliber passive candidates.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to leadership and niche hiring.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing recruitment across various levels, including leadership positions.

• Demonstrated success in closing complex and high-impact hiring mandates.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment databases.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
