Job summary

NeerInfo Solutions in Noida is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership and niche roles. You will partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

You will build strong pipelines through market mapping, headhunting and networking, and drive candidate experience to ensure timely closures in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably leadership or niche hiring)
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Experience in direct sourcing / headhunting is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
