Job summary

NeerInfo Solutions seeks a Leadership Hiring Recruiter / Executive Search Consultant to lead senior-level hiring across multiple functions. The role emphasizes hands-on executive search, talent mapping and proactive sourcing to meet critical mandates.

The ideal candidate will partner with senior leaders, manage multiple searches concurrently and drive end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to closure with strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience with leadership hiring.
• Experience in executive search and niche/critical hiring processes.
• Non-IT hiring exposure across Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, SCM, Manufacturing.
• Strong sourcing, market research and passive candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination.
• Negotiate offers and closures while maintaining candidate experience.
• Coordinate with senior business leaders and hiring managers to fulfill mandates.

Job Title: Leadership Hiring Recruiter / Executive Search Consultant

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with hands‑on exposure to leadership or senior‑level hiring.
• Experience in executive search, leadership hiring and niche/critical hiring.
• Non‑IT hiring experience is preferred, with exposure to hiring across functions such as Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.
• Strong experience in talent mapping, market research and passive candidate sourcing.
