Job summary

Opus Global Services India is seeking a hands-on Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience to drive end-to-end hiring for IT and Non‑IT roles. The role requires strong sourcing, assessment skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations across multiple mandates.

You will source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and databases, coordinate the full interview process, negotiate offers and ensure timely joining closures in a fast-paced RPO environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for IT and Non‑IT roles.
• Experience in IT Services, Product‑Based Companies, Startups, Consulting, and/or RPO environments.
• Independent handling of Non‑IT recruitment mandates.
• Strong client and stakeholder management.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, candidate databases and status updates.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on, hard‑core Recruiter with strong experience in end‑to‑end recruitment across both IT and Non‑IT roles.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with diverse hiring requirements across IT Services, Product‑Based Companies, Startups, Consulting Firms, RPO environments, and Non‑IT functions. The role requires strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, excellent client and stakeholder management, and the ability to independently drive positions from requirement understanding to successful joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for both IT and Non‑IT positions, from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
• Handle hiring mandates across IT Services, Product‑Based Companies, Startups, Consulting, RPO, and Non‑IT sectors.
• Take ownership of Non‑IT recruitment across relevant functions and profiles.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other relevant platforms.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, role fit, and client requirements.
• Understand job requirements thoroughly and develop effective sourcing strategies for different positions.
• Coordinate and manage the complete interview process, ensuring timely follow‑ups with candidates and clients.
• Manage candidate communication, salary negotiation, offer closure, and joining follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Manage multiple requirements simultaneously while ensuring quality, turnaround time, and closure targets are met.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, candidate databases, and status updates.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of hiring requirements.
• Stay updated on talent availability, market trends, sourcing strategies, and hiring practices across IT and Non‑IT segments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of hands‑on recruitment experience with strong exposure to end‑to‑end hiring.
• Proven experience in recruiting for both IT and Non‑IT roles.
• Strong exposure to hiring for IT Services, Product‑Based Companies, Startups, Consulting, and/or RPO environments.
• Demonstrated experience handling Non‑IT recruitment mandates independently.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong follow‑up skills with a focus on offer closures and successful joinings.
• Good working knowledge of recruitment trackers, databases, and reporting.
