Job summary

Hikaho System in Noida is seeking Recruiters / Senior Recruiters (Non-IT recruitment) to join our team. The role involves handling end-to-end Non-IT recruitment for multiple clients, sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and databases, and coordinating interviews from sourcing to joining.

The ideal candidate should have 27 years of experience in recruitment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and be comfortable in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of relevant Non-IT recruitment experience.
• Experience in Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing / RPO is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Strong sourcing, follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
