Job summary

Quick Turtle is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing, across multiple roles including Equity Advisors and Relationship Managers.

The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines via market mapping and passive sourcing, using Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver hiring insights, ensure an excellent candidate experience, and coordinate offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing.
• Hire for roles across Equity Advisors, Relationship Managers, etc.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through market mapping and passive sourcing.
• Use hiring tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases effectively.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and provide hiring insights and strategies.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
• Track and maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and weekly hiring updates.
• Collaborate with HR team for offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and background verification inputs.
• Understanding of roles within broking industry.
• Experience hiring both volume and niche positions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and sourcing technique
