Job summary

Aceglobe is seeking a Recruitment Lead to manage the full cycle of talent acquisition in Bengaluru. You will source candidates via major portals, oversee leadership and niche hires, and mentor junior recruiters and interns to strengthen the team.

You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, build sourcing strategies, and drive closures within set timelines, while continuously improving processes and reporting metrics.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle end-to-end.
• Handle leadership, niche, and critical hiring assignments.
• Guide junior recruiters and interns to improve performance.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and align on scope.
• Take ownership to drive closures within defined TAT.
• Prepare recruitment MIS reports to track metrics.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and workflows.
